The dazzling fields are deeply mirrored and the devices are snowy white providing a stark black and white cameo contrast. From a technical quality and eye appeal perspective this coin is much nicer than many I've encountered in MS66 DMPL holders. If PCGS were not so brutally (and in opinion unrealistically) tough at the moment I'm confident that this coin would be graded higher.
