Just a reminder, this is the first week with the new format for the Wholesale Market Dealer Price Guide. This week you will receive the Classic LD, Lower Denomination Price Guide, with an Indian Cent on the cover followed by next weeks Classic HD, Higher Denominations, featuring a Morgan Dollar on the cover. Early Half Cents and Large Cents have shown much improvement this week with many advances. Early Copper is very popular but prices can be all over the board dependent on the overall quality of the coin. Coins that are original with no problems on the surfaces are the most desirable and can bring multiples of posted NumisMedia prices. The metals have backed off thus far in morning trading. Early markets saw gold move over the $770 level only to suffer from heavy profit-taking this morning. Gold is currently under $750 and Silver fell to $13.34. Platinum is down $10, at $1431. Make sure you check current prices when you are buying or selling bullion. See this E-News and past issues in E-News Archive: http://www.numismedia.com/market/enews/archive.shtml -What's Hot?
