We have added many new Modern coins to the Wholesale Dealer Price Guide. The 2007 issues are now included along with the addition of the Presidential Dollars. Washington Quarters are updated with the recent State issues along with listings for the 2004 Wisconsin High and Low Extra Leaf. The Modern Eagles now list the 2006 W issues with many prices posted. Check the Online Price Guides for these newly priced issues. Dealer pessimism seems to be creating added softness in the marketplace. Dealers are lowering their prices on generic U.S. Gold trying to force an upturn in activity, which does not seem to be working all that well. Common date coins in most of the 20th Century series are suffering because wholesale dealers are offering coins at lower levels. However, there are many strong areas of the market with specific coins being especially difficult to find. While $2 ½ Indian Gold has retreated, the $5 and $10 Indians are mostly stable. The better dates in these last two series are in strong demand. See this E-News and past issues in E-News Archive: http://www.numismedia.com/market/enews/archive.shtml -What's Hot?
