SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: All certified rare U.S. coins are backed by a full 7-day return privilege for any reason whatsoever. To receive a full refund, any and all returned coin(s) must be back in our office no later than 7-days after you take delivery of (and sign for) the coins. All coin(s) must be returned to us in their original condition and remain within the sealed holders in which you received them. Removal of coin(s) from holder or any evidence of tampering thereof will automatically void this guarantee. Moreover, any and all sales at coin shows and/or those coins purchased on approval are final, therefore our return privilege does not apply in these instances.
GUARANTEED AUTHENTICITY: Every coin we sell is unconditionally guaranteed to be genuine. If found to the contrary, you may return it at any time for a full and immediate refund (plus 6% simple interest per annum for the length of time it remained in your possession). All coin(s) must be returned to us in their original condition and remain within the sealed holders in which you received them. Removal of coin(s) from holder or any evidence of tampering thereof will automatically void this guarantee.
PAYMENT: We accept cash (subject to IRS reporting requirements) personal checks, money orders, cashier’s check and bank wires as methods of payment. Personal checks must clear prior to shipment. Purchases under $1,000 are subject to 7.75% sales tax for California residents.
APPROVAL SERVICE: We will be happy to ship coins to you on a 48-hour approval basis subject to verification of credit. You must furnish us with at least (3) numismatic trade references from dealers who are known to us. Approval service is a courtesy (not an obligation) extended by us for your convenience. Therefore we ask that you act promptly on all shipments according to the terms and conditions stated herein. Please note that our standard 7-day return privilege does not apply to approval shipments (because you have already been afforded the opportunity to examine and accept the coins prior to payment).
SHIPPING: All orders over $1,000 are shipped postpaid via U.S. Registered and Insured Mail. There will be a $15 charge for shipping and insurance on orders under $1,000.
